In today's video I'm going to share my top out of the box tips for continued success on WW. I'm 5'7", 40 years old and 11 months into my WW journey and currently down 40 pounds. My zero point foods are vegetables (non-starchy), fruits, and chicken. I currently get 27 daily points and 21 weekly points. I normally gain an extra 2-5 daily points for water and vegetables. In addition, I gain anywhere between 2-10 extra weekly points daily for my activity level.
