The newspapers from her early ministry days followed her and helped document them. They recorded many of the miracles, people getting healed and even in one town where the police were reported as being worn out from driving sick people to the meeting using the local ambulance. Etter’s ministry didn’t start by preaching divine healing. But by the mid 1880’s, Etter had investigated the Word and felt convicted by the Lord to begin preaching it and the Lord confirmed His Word.
