I dig into why this film feels like instant cult cinema — from its VistaVision cinematography to its surprising use of Charli XCX songs — and why it’s clearly not trying to be a faithful literary adaptation.

Next up, we talk about the slick crime thriller Crime 101, featuring Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Halle Berry, and Barry Keoghan. It’s a rare modern thief movie that actually works, even if it’s a little disposable after the credits roll.
