Hello dear soul, and welcome to the Lightbearer's Library. For us HSPs and INFPs, modern life can feel like a constant "system overload" of stress and environmental toxins. When our bodies are in survival mode, our soul work often takes a backseat.

In this journal entry, we explore how "Calm Food" is the vital first step to healing a sensitive system. I share my personal journey of simplifying my diet to lower anxiety and remove the hidden toxins—like alcohol, caffeine, and pesticides—that drain our energy. By returning to simple, ancestral habits and embracing batch cooking, we can save our precious life force for what truly matters.

Our bodies are miracles capable of natural healing, but they need the right environment to thrive. When we choose health, we create the ease necessary to fulfill our mission and flourish as a soul.
