The Situation Test Judgement questions or SJT have been recently introduced in the new NATA 2021 Aptitude Test pattern.

A situational judgement test or SJT, is a type of psychometric test that often forms part of the assessment process for job applications.
An SJT involves considering a series of hypothetical workplace scenarios that the candidates might encounter in the role for which they are being interviewed.
The candidates are then invited to select a response that they feel best answers each question.
From these, the prospective employer extrapolates and assesses the candidate's judgement and character traits.
