Aaj ke time me Paye zyada tar pressure cooker me pakaye jaate hain, jisse ghanto ka kaam minutes me ho jaata hai. Cooker me dheemi aanch par pak kar Paye ho jaate hain bilkul butter jaise soft, aur unka soup ban jaata hai gaadha, lazeez aur khushbudaar. Har chamach me masalon ka gehra swaad aur asli desi touch mehsoos hota hai. Subah ki nashta table ho ya special din ka khana, garam-garam Paye roti ya naan ke saath dil aur pet dono khush kar dete hain 😋
Ingredients paye boil krne k liye
pair (paye) - 2
paani - 1 litre
Haldi - 1 teaspoon
Namak - 1teaspoon
tezpatta - 1- 2
Spices
Haldi - 1teaspoon
Namak - 2 teaspoon/according to taste
Mircha powder - 2 teaspoon/ as per your taste
dhaniya powder - 4 table spoon
Pyaz roughly chopped - 1
Lahsun - 3 whole
Adrak - 2-3 inch
Choti elaichi - 5-6
Badi elaichi - 3
Laung - 7-8
Javitri
Saunf - 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
Daal chini - 1 stick
grind smoothly
Ek bartan me
5-6 table spoon oil
4-5 medium size pyaz
tez patta add karenge
pyaz k golden brown ho jane par grind masalo ko add kar k achche se bhoonege phir gale huye paye with juice add kar k 1/2 litre pani aur add kr k 10 minute medium low flame pe pakayenge
is k taste ko aur enhance krne k liye ek pan me
2-3 table spoon oil daal k usme
1 medium size pyaz daal k golden brown kr k shorbe me daal denge
Hari dhaniya, kati hui hari mirch, julian kati adrak se garnish karenge
