In this Reiki meditation I send energy to clear heavy energies in 10 minutes with raw quartz crystal healing and clearing negativity with sage. Watch often to help with heavy energy.
This energy healing session combines relaxing ASMR that has no talking and Crystal Reiki healing from myself (a Reiki Master) using a quartz stone. I have used sacred Reiki and Angelic symbols for healing to empower the Reiki energy.
This is perfect for watching just before bed as you do not need the sound on, but there is relaxing new age music if you do wish to listen.
