A little while ago I started feeling strong tension in my jaw. After a couple of days of it layering on top of eachother, I felt knots. I guess that was just one way I was carrying and coping with stress - clenching my jaw and holding stress in my shoulders.
So I worked out the knots with my gua sha tool then I put a few drops of valor on my jawline. I felt such a difference- like my jaw was melting. It was amazing!
