Friends, have you ever wondered what happens if you hold a wall sit every single day? I committed to doing wall sits daily for 100 days, expecting almost nothing, and the results were far more powerful than I imagined.
In this video, I share my full experience of 100 days of wall sits—no weights, no intense training, just holding a position that builds leg strength, knee stability, and posture naturally.
Here’s what I experienced during the challenge:
Week 1: Thighs burned, knees felt awkward, and the position felt uncomfortable—but these were signs of muscles waking up.
Week 2: Leg strength improved, knees felt more supported, and standing became easier. Posture began improving naturally.
Weeks 3–7: Accumulating 5–8 minutes a day became manageable, legs became stronger, and movement confidence grew.
Day 50–100: Wall sits became a tool, not a challenge. Leg endurance increased, knee discomfort faded, and deep movements felt safer.
This experiment wasn’t about pain or intensity—it was about consistency and rebuilding lost mobility and strength. A simple daily habit can dramatically improve lower body strength, joint stability, and posture, making everyday movements easier and safer.
