This simple Feldenkrais exercise for carpal tunnel is helpful for people who do a lot of desk work and/or driving. We often hold a lot of tension in muscles of wrist,hand,fingers and commonly overwork those muscles. But, those habitual tension is too subtle to notice until stress is accumulated to create obvious discomfort/pain. This exercise helps you let go of those habitual muscular tension.
