3️⃣ Move regularly: Whether it’s walking, yoga, strength training, or dancing, exercise boosts endorphins and alleviates stress. 🏃🏽♀️
4️⃣ Connect with loved ones: Emotional support from family and friends can be a lifeline during perimenopause and menopause or any major life transition 💜
