Working with our friends at QS Motor and Fardrive controller, we are introduce this hub motor kit to convert a Kawasaki KX65 to electric. After minor modifications to the swingarm (cutting slots at the end of the swingarm, and cut off the chain slider mount), this kit would bolt on directly to it, providing a great basis for an electric KX65 conversion. The kit also contains a rear brake caliper mounting bracket, making it convenient to set up a rear brake system.
With some additional components (battery pack, wiring, tires, rear brake caliper etc.), the result of the project is a great play bike / mini motard / moped. It's a lot of fun and very versatile.
