THINGS YOU need to Make 💜UBE rolls⬇️
Bread Dough ingredients:
4 cups - all purpose flour or bread flour
¹⁄₄ cup - sugar
1 ¹⁄₂ tsp - salt
2 ¹⁄₄ tsp - INSTANT Yeast

2 - eggs
³⁄₄ cup - whole milk
¹⁄₂ cup - softened butter
¹⁄₄ cup - ube jam (halaya)
2 tbsp - ube flavoring (concentrated)
¹⁄₈ tsp - purple food color (OPTIONAL)

2 to 3 cups UBE HALAYA for filling
White Chocolate Syrup
OR (Cream Cheese Frosting of your choice)
