How to create a transparent background image using only ms-publisher

Описание: I used to struggle with creating a transparent image when working with MS publisher until one day I discovered a feature that has been there all along. And I thought if I did not find this feature, then it's very likely others did not find the feature as well.

That is was what inspired my decision to create this short tutorial.

This tutorial will help you to use MS office, MS publisher to create a transparent image without the need for additional software.
