University of Alberta CS Program Review - The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly

My review is done from the perspective of an international student that has recently graduated from the program, but that does not matter that it is not applicable to domestic students too. I am splitting up this review into three main sections: the good, the bad, and the ugly.
