Today's workout is great for beginners and getting yourself back on track.
20 seconds on- get as many reps in as you can, 20 seconds off. Repeat x2.
1. Push up to mountain climber
2. Glute bridges
3. Swimmers
4. Squat to shoulder press
5. Bent over reverse fly
