Organized by the Human Rights Foundation (HRF), the seventh annual OFF is themed Living in Truth and is a tribute to the late Czech dissident-turned-president Václav Havel.
OFF brings together a diverse global community of people who share the common vision of a freer, more open world. The 2015 program will spotlight the right to offend, the “power of the powerless,” the ongoing revolution in communications resulting from technology, and the role of art and culture in human rights.
