INGREDIENTS:
3 cups coarse salt
2 lemons, zested
1 cup rosemary, removed from the stems
RECIPE:
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Process until desired texture is reached. As you can see, I like a coarse salt. Transfer for a baking sheet, and bake at 225 for 30 minutes, so that the rosemary dries. If you don’t want to put it in the oven, let it sit out at room temp for 3 hours to dry. Remove from oven, let cool, then transfer to jars. ENJOY!
