Want to increase your Quran reading speed?
The key is to apply the three methods of Quran speed reading.
First is Tahqiq, a slow and careful pace.
Focus on your makharij, articulate each letter properly, and connect the words gently with a low, calm tone.
Once you’re comfortable reading with Tahqiq, move on to Tartil.
This is a medium-paced reading, not too fast and not too slow, helping you build fluency and smooth connections.
When you’re confident with Tartil, progress to Hadr.
This is a faster pace where elongations are shortened and words are connected quickly and naturally.
It’s a gradual process that requires time, repetition, and consistent practice.
With effort and Allah’s tawfiq, you will inshaAllah be able to read any ayah with clarity and speed.
