India's rich heritage is scattered almost every corner of India. Very little known place of India's North eastern state, Tripura, boasts of a 150 acre site of huge bas-relief rock carvings. Rock carved figures and stone images of god and goddess are found here in huge quantity.
Meaning of the name of the place is, "one less than one crore".
It's one of the best heritage sites of the world, but lesser known.
In April, every year, a huge local festival gradually gaining attention and tourists are started visiting this unique place in India.
