Digital Inspection Checklist Walkthrough

Описание: Hi. my name is Candice and I'm going to be doing the digital inspection checklist from Fidelity Home Inspection. At this point, we've spent $800 on home inspections and we don't have a house.

They (inspection reports) came back with problems that weren't going to be easily negotiated and we just ended up having to back out. And it costs a lot of time and money to go through all of that so I was really hoping that this (digital home inspection), which Michael told us we could start doing will save us time and money. And we can figure out before entering a contract, hopefully, what's wrong with the home.

So, I just finished the Digital Inspection Checklist. And I feel really good about it. It was incredibly easy to use and everything was kind of broken up into sections so I could just really easily and quickly go through everything.

I went over the A/C the roof, you know some of the higher ticket items that you know would potentially be a problem going into a contract. But ya, I'm going to submit it. There were a few other things going on in the home and I just took pictures of them and I'm sending it all to Michael.

Absolutely, this is going to save me so much hassle and we can decide once it (inspection checklist) comes back if we want to go deeper into this home. Or wether or not some of our concerns are pricey or not. Or perhaps something that's easily fixed or needs to be looked into further.

Ya I'm going to submit it and I really wish we had done this sooner on some of the other properties we looked at. So ya, real excited to see if we can go further and maybe even potentially get settled into this home.
