Today, thanks to BMW of South Miami, I was finally able to get my hands on a 2025 BMW M240i xDrive!
The 2er Coupe has been around for 2 generations now with this generation being called “G42” and rides on the same platform as its siblings the 3er and 4er. Under the hood lies the legendary B58 3.0L Turbo Inline 6 making 382 HP and 369 lb-ft of torque sent through a ZF 8 Speed auto to either the Rear wheels only or optionally AWD. The 2er has also got a little bit of updates around the exterior mainly the from am badge for M240i and at the rear the lower valence now comes painted instead of Gloss black. Also new for the M240i is Zandvoort Blue that was previously exclusive to the M2.
In the interior we get a new Flat bottom steering wheel and a new carbon fiber trim across the dash and center control system. You can option in new seat designs with the 2025 MY. It does feature the same IDrive 8.5 system for the 14.9 inch touchscreen.
