The Prophet ﷺ said:

إِذَا جَاءَ رَمَضَانُ فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُ الرَّحْمَةِ
"When Ramadan begins, the gates of mercy are opened."
(Hadith Sahih)

Allah also says in the Qur’an:

وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ ۖ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ
"And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the call of the supplicant when he calls upon Me."
(Qur’an 2:186)
