Begali Sculpture Arrow Straight Key

Описание: This is the new Sculpture Arrow Morse Code Straight key made by Begali (i2rtf). This Italian key is an all magnetic key in the "Pump" style made popular in Europe. The Pump style key works differently than the standard J38 style key where the main contact drops DOWN into the mating contact. With the Pump style keys the contact travels UP into the mating contact. This adds to speed, accuracy, and agility of the key. Another American version of this pump style would be the Navy Flameproof key, or the 2010 / 2016 SKCC straight key.
With this Arrow straight key there are no springs as the tension and repulsion of the lever arm both controlled by two separate but interacting magnets. One sets the downward tension adjustment, and the other sets what would be the spring return arm tension. Because the Tension arm magnet is an attracting magnet it also tends to add more return tension as the downward adjustment is made stronger. This can lead to many possible fine key adjustments.

In this video I explain the theory of the key inside, and how I've found best to adjust it for adjustment consistency. The code in the video is estimated between 20 and 22 WPM and the text decode is placed next to the key.
