One Experiential transformed the industrial architecture of Sawyer Yards into a dynamic holiday canvas, executing a large-scale projection mapping experience that served as a centerpiece for the event. Utilizing high-performance projection technology, the team meticulously mapped the venue's unique facades, ensuring the visuals aligned perfectly with the physical geometry of the building. This technical precision allowed for a seamless integration of light and structure, creating an immersive environment where the static industrial surfaces appeared to come alive with motion and depth, effectively anchoring the event's festive atmosphere.

For the visual content, One Experiential leveraged advanced AI tools to develop a distinct and vibrant creative narrative. By integrating artificial intelligence into the design workflow, the team was able to generate unique, high-fidelity imagery that moved beyond traditional holiday stock assets, offering a fresh and modern interpretation of seasonal themes. This innovative approach not only streamlined the production process but also enabled the creation of bespoke, complex animations that captured the "Merry and Bright" spirit with a level of detail and creativity that set the installation apart.
