In this group class at our traditional dōjō, we explore multiple aspects of Togakure Ryū Ninpō Taijutsu with a focus on realistic application and flow.
Key training segments include:
• 🗡️ Ashi Kudaki (leg crushing technique) vs. knife attacks
• 🌬️ Futaijutsu – moving like the wind (adaptive footwork & evasiveness)
• 🔁 Randori (free response drills under pressure)
• 🪨 Ganseki Nage (rock-like projection throw)
• 🦶 Ashi Harai (leg sweeps) and various kicking techniques
• 🌀 Gogyō no Kata applied in dynamic scenarios
• 🛡️ Ukenagashi → Ura Shutō (deflect and counter with a reverse knife hand)
• 💪 Onikudaki (arm crushing lock) in response to lapel grabs
This class reflects the fluidity, adaptability, and real-world efficiency of Ninjutsu as a living martial tradition rooted in awareness and soft control.
