Civic Tyle R FL5 Radar Detector Mirror Tap
How to mirror tap a radar detector on your FL5 type R. Get rid of the 12V wire that dangles and much easier than hard wiring it to the fusebox.
What is needed -
Mirror tap cable. My radar detector is an Uniden so I am using a RJ11 cable (which most modern radars seem to use), if yours does not then a similar mirror tap cable that works for your radar
