Chalking out a mega outreach programme, the BJP's top leadership has asked leaders from Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan to reach out to khaps, farmers and panchayats to dispel “misconceptions” about the farm laws. A number of Jat farmer leaders of Uttar Pradesh held a meeting Wednesday with Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan.
