I flew down to Miami to board the largest cruise ship in the world, Icon of the Seas and brought my FPV setup along for the journey. The video starts with a sunrise FPV flight over South Beach, then moves onboard where I capture the ship.
From there, we head to Roatán, Honduras, where I flew a few FPV packs over the beach with big waves and palm trees. It was extremely windy, so I flew within my limits and worked with the conditions as best I could.
Back on the ship, I grab more footage before ending the trip in Cozumel, Mexico, which also happened to be my birthday. I rented a car, drove the coastline, and flew over deep blue water and rocky shoreline as waves crashed into the beach.
At the end of the video, I break down the gear I used throughout the trip, including some new phone filmmaking tools that seriously impressed me.
All flights were conducted in legal airspace, with local rules and safety considered at each location.
