1. Most hotels and resorts are located in Hirafu, a village near the Grand Hirafu Resort, offering numerous dining options and convenience stores. For those prioritizing convenience, staying in this area is ideal. However, it lacks the tranquility found in resorts located in other areas.

2. Some resorts may have minimum stay requirements, often requiring a stay of at least 2-3 nights to secure a booking.

Some hotels in Niseko only accept guests during the winter season. If you plan to visit in another season, certain accommodations on this list may not be available. However, booking a room at those that are open will likely be easier due to the significantly lower number of visitors.

3. Niseko has four ski resorts, and if you’d like to visit them all during your trip, consider the Niseko United All Mountain Pass. This pass grants access to all four resorts and includes a free shuttle connecting them. You can purchase the pass online, but check with your accommodation first, as they may offer discounts.

4. It is highly recommended to book a room with breakfast at Niseko, especially if you do not plan to stay in the Hirafu area. Even though Niseko has some restaurants, only a few open in the morning. Consequently, the hotel's breakfast may be the best option available.
