This is an off-the-cuff talk about depression as I ride my bike. It is part of my own self-therapy regimen and not intended to be taken as professional advice or treatment by others. I am not a trained health professional in any capacity. All I have is 40 years of experience with the condition and dealing with trained professionals, and a 20+ year career in law enforcement that had me regularly engaging with people suffering mental health issues.
