Coleman Custom T-Series Ultra Lite
At a customer with a bad back in Spain's request to build a 4 1/2 lb guitar, Bob Coleman designed this Ultra-Lite guitar that actually weighs 4.4 lbs.. Guitar Mill provided the chambered Empress body. While the 5A roasted Birdseye neck blanks provided by Renee in Canada, the chambered neck was made by Tommy at USACG. The pickups are the Fralin Firebird neck and 10% over bridge. Every effort to reduce the weight was considered including Aluminum hardware, Graphtech Saddles and Gotoh Stealth tuners. It is a well balanced guitar that plays at the speed of thought ease. Action is unbelievable. Inspirational might sum it up.
