With the shift to an employee-driven market, the greatest need is to connect our local employers to the various workforce development resources that exist in Cayuga County and New York State.
The Cayuga Economic Development Agency (CEDA) in partnership with Cayuga Community College and Cayuga Works Career Center hosted “Workforce Development 101 for Employers” Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
We hosted nine panelists from various local, regional, and state workforce development partners. Each panelist presented on the various resources offered to local employers and employment service providers.
