The Men's Doubles championship became an instant classic at the Club Tournament of Champions presented by Selkirk when Ben Johns inadvertently gave Matt Wright and Riley Newman some motivation.
While dominating Game 1 10-4, Matt Wright and Riley Newman tried to gain some momentum but came up short. Ben Johns and Collin Johns looked unstoppable, and Ben waived his finger signaling that a comeback wouldn't happen. Ben and Collin subsequently closed out Game 1 11-4. Game 2 brought quite a different energy from Matt and Riley.
