In the heart of Ibiza, this architectural project blends contemporary design with traditional Mediterranean influences. Situated on a rocky landscape, the house features a series of white prismatic volumes resting on a masonry base, which pays homage to the island's architectural heritage.

The design's introverted character arises from the lack of expansive views in the surrounding area, leading to a focus on integrating exterior spaces within the building. This is achieved through a network of patios and terraces, enriching the experience with varied heights, orientations, and lush vegetation.

A striking structural approach adds dynamism to the complex, with cantilevered patios creating a sense of privacy and solar protection while defining the open spaces. The house's courtyards open up on the first floor and maintain the main volume's geometry on the second floor, where a metallic lattice provides privacy and centralizes views on the patios.

Water plays a significant role in the design, accompanying the visitor to the house and framing the southern garden courtyard. The interior layout is clear, with public spaces on the first floor opening to the landscaped courtyards, while the second floor houses private areas with terraces. The basement serves as a flexible space for leisure and recreational activities.

The building's lightweight staircase links all levels, creating a visual column with metal steps. The materiality of the house juxtaposes roughly carved stone with smooth white surfaces, emphasizing the blend of tradition and modernity. The use of glass seamlessly connects the interior and exterior, breaking down boundaries and creating a sense of openness.
