Don't throw away that leftover coffee! Keep it in the fridge and use it to make a great tasting shake later in the afternoon! It's like making your own frappe for just a fraction of the cost. If you don't have a shake mixer, then you can use a blender to make your own coffee milkshake. Try out this recipe and I guarantee you'll want to make more!

Ingredients:
3 to 4 scoops ice cream
1/4 cup strong coffee
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix everything into a blender and blend for about 1 minute.
Add more ice cream for a thicker shake.
Enjoy!
