Peru was incredible but it is the Peruvian people who really solidified this as one of the best trips we've ever been on. Besides the fact that the culture is so beautiful, colourful and full of life, the locals are so welcoming and so so 50000 kind. We crossed the country from coast to jungle and there wasn't a place where we weren't encouraged to ask questions, contribute to conversations and participate in local traditions. At every turn I was in awe and inspired, it was really hard to contain my excitement🥹
I am so grateful to @peru + @intrepidtravel for brining us along on this adventure of a lifetime, we truly can not wait to be back
*TRAVEL TIP: always have small denominations of cash on you wherever you are in Peru, even though people are always nice it is customary to tip a couple sol anytime you take photos with anyone dressed for the occasion
