Kick off the New Year with a discussion on reflection. Dr. Tiffany Condren will share findings from her research, which determined whether reflection prompts using Tanner's Clinical Judgment Model affect clinical judgment behaviors in undergraduate nursing students, as measured by Lasater’s Clinical Judgment Rubric (LCJR) and the NCSBN Clinical Judgment Measurement Model (NCJMM).
She will also answer the important question of whether or not there is a correlation between the clinical judgment behaviors evaluated by the LCJR and the ability to correctly answer NCLEX questions framed by the NCJJM.
