This is an active recovery day, not a day off.
Today’s session is about restoring movement quality, building durability, and reinforcing the habit of showing up — even when the work isn’t flashy. This is how you train your body to last and your mind to stay consistent.
Workout – 20-Minute Primal Movement Circuit
We’ll move continuously for 20 minutes, cycling through these four movements five total rounds switching on the minute:
Hang (bar hang, rings, or any overhead support)
Squat to Crab (squat down → transition to crab position → stand back up)
Alternating Superman (right arm/left leg, then left arm/right leg)
Butt Walk (stay tall, keep the legs straight, control the movement)
This session is designed to restore joints, wake up stabilizers, improve coordination, and keep your body moving daily without breaking you down.
After the movement, we slow things down, breathe, and reset — because recovery is part of progress, not the opposite of it.
And remember: this routine doesn’t end when the workout ends.
After you’re done here, take the momentum and put an hour into the work that builds your life — your business, your craft, your health, your family, your future.
