Enjoy one last special winter cocktail before spring. The sweetness is already there. Use fresh orange juice for the best flavor. Filming this in the snow made it extra cozy and chique. You can make this cocktail on a winter sunday evening or afternoon, but you can also make it to impress people.
it's a stirred drink because we use lambrusco. For the people that don't know lambrusco:
Lambrusco is an Italian wine from the districts of Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. The wine is named after the lambrusco grape.
The wine can be a red, white or rosé. There are sweet and drier varieties. They are also slightly sparkling. This is because during vinification the second fermentation took place in a closed tank.
We used Lambrusco Rosso (red and sweet). Because we love the sweet flavor with the maple syrup combination.
Recipe:
15 CL Lambrusco Rosso (sweet)
5 CL Fresh Orange juice
2 CL Bourbon Whiskey
2 CL Maple Syrup
Cinnamon stick if you like, dried orange for decoration
