DUBAI POLICE DEPLOY 750 OFFICERS & DRONES AS SCHOOL TRAFFIC RETURNS

Описание: Parents across the country are breathing a sigh of relief this morning as hundreds of thousands of pupils returned to class.

This academic year, Dubai is welcoming 25 new schools, colleges, and nurseries – providing space for nearly 12,000 students, according to the KHDA.

The roads definitely felt the impact. But Dubai Police were more than ready, rolling out a full “Back-to-School” safety operation, with 750 officers, 250 patrols and 9 drones.

Georgia Tolley caught up with Captain Khalid Mohamed, second-in-command of the initiative – and he’d already had a very busy morning on patrol.
