First let's go check out a vegan restaurant called, Choose. We will try the vegan paccheri with pistachio sauce and vegan bacon. We will continue our adventure at Level Veggie Bistro. It is a restaurant serving a variety of inspired vegan international cuisines and has a variety of vegan raw dishes. We will try the vegan raw lasagna, and a vegan dark chocolate and vegan white chocolate cake. We then will swing by a restaurant mostly known for their vegan pizza, and will get purple sweet potato gnocchi. And we will end the adventure at Hakuna Matata and have a vegan risotto. After eating, we will head to the all vegetarian grocery store and wellness market called La Canela.
