This proof of concept explores how high resolution drone footage can be combined with high quality 3D architectural models to create immersive, realistic visuals. By inserting a conceptual skyscraper into real city footage, the project demonstrates the potential for large-scale developments to be visualized in ways that go beyond static renders.
For developers, architects, and marketing teams, this workflow is ideal for masterplanned communities, high-rise towers, and city-scale projects that require both impact and clarity. Alongside cinematic flythroughs, the same process can deliver high-resolution still renderings, allowing for flexibility across presentations, pitches, and marketing materials.
As an independent 3D architectural designer, I built this project to showcase the future of urban visualization and what can be achieved when real-world drone footage meets photorealistic 3D.
