When an unexpected Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis grounded his flying career after 11 years in the Air Force, Lee Ker Yih had to rethink everything. Instead of giving up, he chose to upskill and lean into a new purpose in the safety industry, driven by a desire to protect his community.
Ker Yih went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors in Safety with a Minor in Military Studies at SUSS, and today applies what he has learnt as an Operations Manager at MOE.
