COMPLETE Front Brake Replacement Job (Toyota 100 Series Land Cruiser & Lexus LX470)

In this video, we show you how to perform a Complete Front Brake Component Replacement on your Toyota 100 Series Land Cruiser or your Lexus LX470. We show you how to replace the Calipers, Caliper Brake Lines, Brake Rotors, Brake Pads, and the Associated Brake Hardware.

*TORQUE SPECS*
*Rotor to Hub Bolts - 54 ft-lbs
Hub Adjuster Nut Torque Sequence
1) Torque to 43 ft-lbs
2) Spin hub left and right several turns
3) Re-Torque to 43 ft-lbs
4) Loosen nut until it's hand tight
5) Torque to 57 in-lbs
6) Measure bearing resistance with fish scale (Looking for 9.5 to 15 pounds force)
7) Keep tightening, spinning the hub and rechecking the value with the fish scale until you are within the spec.
*Hub Lock Nut - 47 ft-lbs
*Hub Flange Nuts - 24 ft-lbs
*Caliper Mounting Bolts - 90 ft-lbs
*Brake Caliper Brake Line Banjo Bolts - 22 ft-lbs
*Wheel Lug Nuts - 85 ft-lbs
