this week Nessa runs a 5k with a bunch of others Virtually! Sarah and Jordan Taylor put together a 5k run for whoever wanted to join, unfortunately we weren't able to afford it. However, Vanessa contacted Sarah and she sponsored Vanessa to be able to join anyway (she rocks)! Nessa had such a good time training for this and really getting into a groove of waking up early and starting the day with a run or walk. We hope this inspires you to pursue whatever it is you're dreaming of. Another Myth made into reality, 5k accomplished.
