What's going on everyone? Back with another episode of gym guys try where we get out of our comfort zone to try ALL sorts of things. This episode we try Aerial Silk, as the name suggests, its silk in the air. This activity has to be graceful, hopefully we are not that disgraceful while trying it lol.
It might look easy when you look at it, but trust me, it is REALLY very difficult. Our gorgeous and fit mentor for today, Suzie, really wowed us all the way with her polished moves. Fitness should not only be caged in the gym, it should be from all angles. Check the video out to see who won this week's challenge! Can gym guys really do Aerial Silk??
