Users can set reminders for various activities such as appointments, tasks, meetings, follow-ups, or any other important events.
You can setup reminder for your internal staff, or for clients. For that you may need to click on New Reminder.
Add date to be notified, select customer, assigned this to your staff, add other informations like Related topic, documents,
If you want to repeat the reminder, you can add this option here.
Add description, and Reminder will get send via email to particular Individual.
