GMC and Chevrolet exhaust manifold leak fix Dorman clamp/bracket

Dorman makes a great bracket that's a quick fix if you have a leaking exhaust manifold. My engine was making an awful ticking noise and with this bracket it was fixed in less the 30 minutes. This was on the drivers side front, all I had to to was remove the heat shield from the manifold with a 10 mm socket and the coolant sensor in order to fit the bracket to the aluminum head with existing threads. The kit comes with 3 - 14 mm screws, the 2 that bolt to the head need to be torqued to 30-37 lbs and the bolt that goes through the bracket to push the manifold tight against the head again is torqued to 18 lbs. Reconnect the coolant sensor and bolt the the heat shield and you're back in business without driving what sounds like a 2 cylinder.
This was done on a 2006 GMC Sierra Denali 6.0.
