⚡ Workout Outline:
Supersets & Trisets – 45s work, 15s rest (30s transition between unique supersets/trisets):
1️⃣ Crossover Row + Reverse Grip Row (x2 rounds)
2️⃣ Single Wide to Narrow Bent Over Row + Switch (x2 rounds)
3️⃣ Shoulder Press + Around the Worlds (x2 rounds)
4️⃣ 1 ½ Rep Hammer Curls + Concentration Curls (L & R) (x2 rounds)
5️⃣ Tricep Push Up + Skull Crusher + Chest Press (x2 rounds)
6️⃣ Up/Down Hand Release Push Up + Alternating Renegade Rows + Press (x2 rounds)
